Hatred wastes alot of energy. I've did my time carrying it around. I think I can honestly say I don't hate anybody anymore. I got past it. It's a form of stress that can damage your body if you carry it long enough.
Easier said than done, I know.
Karma is a wonderful thing, especially when you get to see it in action.
