For me it has to be from last week when I hit on flat DB pressing 52.5kg for 6 reps and 42.5 for 6 reps on DB shoulder pressing.
And doing 120kg flat benching for repsCouldn't believe it, this is coming from starting 3 years ago with 7kg DB's and barely being able to lift them. Well happy
Never thought I'd get them to be honest. Also being able to do some nice weight on back but for some reason deadlifting is lacking but slowly getting there.
What are your milestones? The ones where ye never thought you'd get there.
