Avatar help

Allright, I have found an avatar that I'd like to apply.

I can't enter a direct URL because it's from a list of paintings on a gallery site.

I tried saving it to my computer but windows isn't recognizing the file and wont open it or apply it when i use the browse option.

What the hell is the deal here, do i need to convert the file to a diff. format(I don't even know if thats possible)

go to the site, click copy, then open paint and click paste, then resize it to the right pizel size and save it as a jpeg, then it will let u make it an avatar

I tried that it says it's not a valid bitmap or isn't supported by this function

Just gie us the address to the site/image.
