What were your stats right out of High School?
Well lets hear it guys....what were you right outta high school? And your current stats also.

6'2 217 7-10% (I say 7-10% because when I got to college right after high school they did a calipher test on me and it said 7% and I know the calipher tests have a -/+ of about 3% as I was told).
I graduated in June and reported to my fresh football camp in Aug and I weighed 227lbs.

high school?" oh shit....nasty...
6ft 250+++ lbs (before i hit 270, which happened after hs..) was definately in the %30 body fat range.

I know what you mean. I think I was actually closer to 145 when I graduated and didnt make it past 155 for several years. My diet sucked but I though it was good. Lots of salad (lettuces almost zero nutrition) with vegetables. Hardly any real protein and to many supplements.
