Want to appreciate the weight your lifting ?
Take 2 months off then go back and see how hard it is trying to get back !
I am taking some time off work before i leave because i been working non-stop for liike 2 months straight. I went back today and OMG ! My brain is telling me to keep going and my body is saying hell no !
I guess the first two weeks are going to be rough.

Yes it's very depressing.
However just tell yourself this:
"If you got to that weight lift once, you can get to it again"

Going through the same ordeal as you DSM. It's almost embarassing sometimes. The gym owner asked me if I was okay. I told him I took two weeks off for vacation in July and then had food poisoning for a week, which is true. All my lifts are way down!!!!

Im lifting at my lifetime peak right now....def not looking forward to pct thats for sure. I am willing to accept some loss in strength but I just hope it's nothing significant.

You might find yourself making new ground in a month or two .
If your routine had stagnated and your enthusiasm was less than desirable . Might be reason you didn't try harder to make time for gym .
Good luck

It's all good man.. everyone has been there. I think it's actually a good thing that your going through. Gives you alot more respect for yourself when your back to your lifting potential.

I suck at Barbell Bench, always have. I left benching 205 x 5 at 158lbs and returned to like 165x5 at 164lbs.... If I dont train it weekly I lose strength insanely. But with Dumbbells I can still knockout 60's x 8 and 65's x 5 which is where ive been for awhile.

In my case injury is the worst, tore TFC in my wrist, on/off training for the last phew months, go for my MRI in a couple weeks.
I been finding it very difficult to soak up motivation, my brain is telling me man up and get your ass into training, body is telling me please dont hurt me lol.
