Favorite Healthy Foods
I have seen favorite cheat meal threads but what do you guys love to eat thats actually a healthy part of your diet? Is there anything you eat almost every day that you just never get sick of? Mine is pretty simple. Chicken breast with a little Adobo hot off the George Foreman. Love it.

I will have to try and grab some of that sauce, never heard of it here in the UK
Im likeing what im doing at the moment;
Extra Hot Jerk Paste on the chicken (using chicken mini fillets aswell AKA chicke gujons)
Fry the chicken in a little Groundnut Oil and add loads of fresh garlic after the first turn (3:30 per side).

Sometimes I like to make up a big pasta salad and mix tuna into it;
wholemeal pasta (if you want)
Bell Peppers Chopped up small
Chopped tomattoes (Tinned)
Chillis
A lil salsa
Basically cook ur pasta
Fry off ur chilli and Peppers
Add tomatoes and salsa
Mix with pasta
Add chicken or tuna or whatever

LMFAO! I know what you mean..... the adobo seals in the juices. Once you nuke it in the microwave..... it kills the meat. I need to add BBQ sauce to it to get it down.
The khashi cereal is soooooooo good! I use it for my morning carbs isntead of oatmeal sometimes.....

Plain, grilled steak with just a tad bit of sea salt right after it comes off the grill. An Uruguayan showed me this. It's great. On the side, a plain sweet potato.
Doesn't sound great, but when chicken has stopped being edible, which it has, love me some steak and yams!

LOLOLOL i'm excited for you..... you're first adobo experience is great LMAO!
Another thing I like is getting lean ground beef and cooking it in a pan. Once cooked - drain remaining fat. Put beef into a large bowl and mash until it's really ground up good. Pour in some spicy adobo seasoning, some franks red hot, and some cayenne pepper.
Go get some goya frozen empanada dough and put the beef in the middle with some shredded cheddar cheese. Fold over and seal with a fork and then fry or bake them.
sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo good!

Steak (rare) with some Montreal seasoning. Still ok even if you have to nuke it the next day. I made 2, 2 and half inch thick steaks on Wednesday they were massive still have half left for today along with some veggies.
