Will my new job kill my gains??

I'm about to start driving an airport shuttle van with super early hours (like 2am -12pm). I will be working for a guy that owns the vehicle and he'll want it on the road as much as possible usually 6 days a week!. I'm starting to question what I've got myself into. I've been training EOD since I can remember with at least 8 hours sleep every night. Originally I thought it would work well for my diet since it shouldn't be hard to eat every 2-3 hours and the works easy I just load suitcases and sit down all the time. But I'm freaking out that I'll just be too zombied out when I get home to train properly.

Anybody else like me and have a job that can severely effect their sleep and training ?? How do you deal with it? I need some encouragement or discouragement whichever the case may be.

I sit at a desk form 6pm - 6am monitoring network and surfing the web.... It's what you do on your breaks and after/before work that will determine your gains.
