I ordered clen and keto from AR-R, it should be here by Friday.
I plan on running the clen starting at 20mcg and adding another 20mcg daily until I get to around 100mcg, or whatever feels comfortable. I will start 1mg keto every night after 2 weeks on clen. I plan to run this for a month, then take a week off. I know it may not be necessary to take off since i'm using keto, but I want to give my body and heart a break.
The last time I used clen was about 15 years ago, and all i really remember was the awful muscle cramping. I'm just wondering what I should have on hand to deal with all of the sides and make them tolerable. Here's what i'm thinking:
Plenty of H2O
Potassium - to alleviate muscle cramping
Taurine (being this is an amino acid, is it really necessary to supp. considering my diet is in check?)
Now one thing to consider is that when I took clen years ago, I wasn't working out. It's hard to imagine contracting a muscle while on this stuff, considering the cramps from just regular movement. How do you all deal with this? Will a potassium supp be sufficient?
