    HP's Birthday was yeserday (Sep 11th)

    Yeah, some say it "sucks" some say other things. To me it's a birthday like any other birthday BEFORE the incident happened. I'll never forget that day and how it has changed my life.

    It's sad in a sense... I'm always stoked for my birthday of course, but the next thought that crosses my mind is the tragic loss of all those people that day on the airlines, two towers, buildings near the towers and the pentagon.

    Needless to say my birthday wasn't great by any means tonight. But not to worry, many more better ones will come.

    Rant off. Time to catch up on some zzzzz's.

    It's only 11 pm here, 9/11 so Happy Birthday all else besides.

    Yes it would suck to always have that to over shadow you. I would find another day to celebrate but it's still not quite the same.

    I've found a very significant way to avoid hangovers and ways that you can make sure that the alcohol doesn't affect your muscle building is to consume vitamins, some form of casein protein before I go out, drink a few oz's of water before each drink, after every drink, and when I'm done partying.

    Although all that shit is usually forgotten when you get to that certain "point", but it's helped in the past.
