Anaerobic resistance training seems to have an anti-histamine effect in and of itself
I'm getting over a small cold I blew away with vitamin C the other day, and today i'm in the last stages of it where its moved to my sinuses though it's fairly minor thanks to the vitamin C.
I was just training legs half an hour ago and I thought I wouldn't be able to get through the workout if I couldn't breathe properly 100% through my nose. I was debating actually doing the workout but decided to hit it anyways. Each time I engaged in an intense set, after the first few reps, my sinuses started clearing up bigtime. I've got some theories as to why this is the case (vasodilation to the legs and vasoconstriction elsewhere being one of the factors I think), but I wonder what the real reason is if there is any other reason.
