Woke up with a cold!

Two weeks in on cycle and sore throat etc this morning. Gotta get today and tomorrow in for weights then two off. Skipped am cardio this morning.

Not much you can do I guess but suffer though it and try to take it easy in the gym. I hate it because even though I keep up my shots, feel like I am wasting part of the cycle.

yah, its the side effect of living in Kanata. Im just waiting to get sick, my luck it will be on my next cycle which I have so many hopes for.

Pound down the vitamin B,C,E and drink plenty of water mang.

yep, doubled my C to 2000mg. And my usual 1 to 2 gallons of water.
