    Sooo, My # 1 enemy.

Ok guys i have suffered for a very long time but this summer got a little worst then ever, right now i am using the PanOxyl and is kind of controlling it a little bit but if this doesn't work i def need to go see a dermatologist. I only get this monsters in my forehead and shoulders but man they are big monsters. According to some research i have done Sebum is causing all my problems, i will try taking a some vitamin A and eat some sweet potatoes in addition to the PanOxyl stuff.
