    Yeah, I think it's great to worry about what you look like. But when it's all said and done, I also care about functional strength. I don't know why. There's no practical reason why a man needs to bench 700 and deadlift and squat over 1000. There are forklifts and chain hoists to do things like this for you. It may not make sense, but it's still cool in my book . I may never incline 495, but I will someday do 405 for inclines. I think the best I've gotten is 315 6-7 incline. Weaksauce.

    Fawk me... and I was all happy with myself when I was doing 130's for 12 on incline... maybe I should try dbol and drol... of course on an oral only cycle

    The best thing about all oral cycles is that if you forget to take the pills one day, you can just double the dose the next day. Not to mention you can stay on cycle for a really long time because you don't need to worry about running out of clean needles....

    Great lift....And to all you novices, notice the strict form he used. Back was firmly planted on the bench and his feet were firmly in one position on the floor. I hate seeing guys lift and arching their backs and squirming on the bench. If you can't handle the weight don't try to hurt yourself. Just go a little lighter and you'll get there soon enough.

    what are you sayin? That arching your back to make it more of a flat bench exersise so you can lift more weights and impress people around you who dont care the least about your poor form... is a bad thing?!?!?!

    I can do 125's for incline, but I even have a hard time stabilizing them. Dude manhandles the 220's They're wide as hell! Look how many plates! He looks like a cartoon character because it's unbelievable.
