So I got bored, bodybuilding, cutting, bulking, yadda yadda yadda.... Time for something new, I've been messing around with strongman and a little powerlifting. Well, then I decided, why not combine all 3 of them into 1 super program to stay motivated and grow. So thats exactly what I did and I love it. Check this shit out, it goes like this.
Wk 1- powerlifting routine, gym 3x/wk, deadlifts, squats, bench (separate days
Wk 2- conventional bodybuilding routine w/ cardio
wk 3- DC training (few warm up sets, main set, static hold)
wk 4- Reload wk, conventional bodybuilding routine w/ half the weight
wk 5- back into Wk 1, start over
As for the strongman aspect of it, its simple. Its just 1 day/wk of events, during every wk of the routine but the reload wk. So far the events I've done are just tire flips, farmers walk, overhead axle press, keg carry.
