    I want to look like that guy

    Just watched this awesome doco about an average overweight person going from fat to sub 6% bf (contest ready) with help from Jeff Willet. I'd recommend it to anyone

    Wow, I should make a video... I was never as underbuilt as that guy, but I did sit around 29% bf in my mid 20's

    Nice to see he took it on-stage, lots of determination there. Good for him
