I said from the the start, in another thread way back when James and Bosh went to Miami, that they wouldn't amount to much. Its only game 1 I know, but it just shows the lack of chemistry, and the lack of players. Its kind of hard to win a game with only 3, if that many, players. I said it before and I'll say it again... The Miami Heat will not win the eastern finals...

i was also thinking its only one game as well but oh sweet it was...a good beating but also a lesson on how u have to play for 4 full periods

Cant tell much from the first game of the season

The Celtics are the defending Eastern Conference champs and they are the team to beat in the East until someone takes it from them. I dont see it happening this year. We have a better team this year with the additions of Shaq, Jermaine Oneal and Delonte West to Pierce, KG, Rondo, Big Baby Davis, Nate Robinson, Ray Allen and Kendrick Perkins when he returns later this year. Probably the deepest team in the entire NBA.
