    What was your last over indulgant cheat meal

    I've been real strict on my diet for the last couple of months the worst thing i had was a piece of pizza, other than that it's been chicken, turkey , lean beef you get the idea. last saturday i cracked, i have been craving Mcdonalds and was on my way and changed my mind to Taco bel,l any way i wound up eating 9 tacos 6 soft tacos and 3 regular minus sour cream.

    so like the title says, what was tour last over the top cheat meal

    My last cheat was eating at mom's house. Had Panda Express shrimp and noodles, 3 fun sized snickers, bowl of cherries and cream ice cream, large slice of german chocolate cake, a bag of those mini chips ahoy cookies and a glass of milk. It was like Thanksgiving.

    Double quarter pounder last month. Had to drive from the fort to the armory, only had an hour, and hadn't eaten all day, so I hit the drive through.

    3/4 of a large tray of Pizza (I think my girl had one or two pieces)
    A bunch of cheesey bread
    McFlurry
    Couple handfuls of Resse's Peices
    Probably like 4-5 beers

    I saw my abs better than I usually do the next day after all that

    Funny you say that, my buddy was prepping for a contest last year, and although he always eats releatively clean anyway, he started having alot of family issues, and was out of the house alot. So he was always going out to eat. He would eat whatever he wanted, then usually finish the meal with a big slice of chocolate cake or something.

    Well guess what? This guy was getting absolutely shredded. Between the cycle he was on, and all the hard cardio he was doing every day, the fat was just melting off. I will try to find a picture of him and post it. Its insane.

    sometimes those high fat high carb and all together bad meals spark a feeding frenzy inside our bodies and stored fat becomes calateral damage, however keep eating like sh** and it all goes to hell

    T-Bone Steak and a lobster tail with drawn butter and salad with creamy italian ( No Not DSM), and baked potatoe with butter and sour cream. It was oooh soooo good but ooh sooo bad for me. I figure one glutteny meal cant kill you, as long as it doesnt become a habit.
