    Holiday food kills me!

How many people have to fight not to over indulge through the holiday seasons? Especially while cutting. All of that food and nobody to eat it while on a low calorie diet. I need several cheat days starting...today.

I am lucky in that I have a very strong will. Once I decide something, it's like a switch goes off in my head and I don't struggle to stay on track. When I decide to go on diet, that switch goes off and I no longer desire the bad food. Don't even have to fight it, I just don't want it.

Thats awesome! I will eat like a bird. I didn't exactly plan for when my cycle ended and cutting during the holidays. I do have a pretty strong will but sometimes we all give into temptation. Last night I did.. I had 6 oreos and milk at 1130pm. I was up smoking a chicken for today and it was technically 3 hours from my last meal. Just not appropriate food.

Thanksgiving and Christmas are the two holidays I just don't care what I eat. As long as I'm eating right the rest of the year I have no problems pigging out these two days.

I'm totally about going all out for the Holidays. We suffer all year long avoiding all the awesome shit everyone else eats, so I think we can afford to live a little and have some fun.

Turkey, stuffing, gravy, sweet potato casserole, pie...good times.

I'm w/Dukkit...Winter time and the holidays is time to bulk. I eat like a madman from Thanksgiving till Christmas. And besides, it's not going to hurt to eat and relax a little. It might actually help.

Who needs abs when your wrapped up in 5 layers of clothing. Bulk in the winter cut in the spring and starve in the summer.

I'll be following the same holiday eating routine as dukkit.... Eat til I puke then eat some more!

Exactly. Nothing different than what I am doing now except someone else is doing the cooking for me and more variety at one time.
