    happy man!!!!!!!!!


    Hey just had to put it out there,I am a proud papa once agian to my 8lb 3oz baby boy tonight!!!!
    It is my second boy,first one is 18months,its gonna be chaos up in my casa..
    So frikkin proud!!!!!


    Oh yeh and I almost forgot, I have been down for over a month with bulging discs on 4 different level(crazy) and was supposed to have surgery this month..Got great news earlier today.Neurosurgeon looked at my latest mri and said i am recovering well enough to dodge the surgery!!!!
    And he said I can return to the gym at gradual weight increments..
    All and all one helluva great day!!!
