    Started 300lbs for a my bench press work out

    I just wanted to brag a little hit the gym today and bumped my work out weight to 300 on bench i stress this is not my max just what i use to work out with i hit @ 300 for 5 reps of 12 lol feels great.. yes before any one says it im sure there are stronger people on here that use way more for a work out but man it felt great! no spot person all by my self..

    I can't do 5 sets of 12 . Maybe with 275. That's awesome.

    Thanks man. Yeah i was kinda of getting looks at the gym but it's all good i just try and keep a low pro..

    Let me clarify that I can get 315 for 12 reps, I just can't do it 5 times in a row. . But no, it's strong as hell. Unless you watch that video I posted a while back where the guy reps 405 for 25 reps... Lols.
