    Mattresses

I have a problem with my damn bed... since I fall asleep on my stomach, I'm 6'3 and weight about 252 Lbs right now... this shit colapses on me to the point that when I wake up... my back is in damn pain.

I am shopping for a new bed and a mattress and wanted to see what do you guys recommend.

    Thanks a lot.

Have the same problem. Not sure what beds are good but in the mean time if it's really bad, a lot of people say to put a pillow under your stomach. I've only done it once or twice and it does work...just kinda awkward.

Just look for the stiffest, most expensive mattress you can get. Should do the trick.

Select Comfort Sleep Number bed. You can adjust the firmness with air chambers built into the mattress. Really nice bed.

Also had a TempurPedic memory foam bed with are super firm but still form to fit your body. They sleep kinda hot though.

I'm hoping to go Tempur-pedic in the next few months. Current mattress is about 15 years old and is shot!

Gotta keep up on the mattress replacement. I dont care if those damn things come with lifetime garauntee's and shit. I replace mine every 5 years. Get a decent one, they can be had for like $2500 to $3000 and if your boxspring is still good then even less. Sleep is the most important thing so dont spare any expense.
