    Hey DSM,

I'm lactose intoleant as well and one of the protein that I use is ON 100% Egg Protein. I can't complain... It doesn't give me any problems and it works fine.

I also go with the Soy Protein that they have, to mix it up once in a while.

I am going to give it a try. I wasn't this bad a few years back but now the "regular" protein upsets my stomach.

Egg protein is my protein of choice. It's the most versatile protein in the world. I saw much better gains when I switched from whey to egg.

I'm lactose intolerant as well and use egg protein. I was using MRM and just started using Healthy n Fit nutritionals 100% egg protein. They claim its the only 100% egg protein with 100% egg white protein and 100% egg white peptides and amino acids.

Eggs are awesome, we all know that. But what do you mean by "regular" protein?
And grumpee, how are you getting away w/ that avi? I used to have one a lot less revealing and was asked to remove it.

I have found that high quality Whey or Casein dont upset my stomach, cheap versions do.

I don't know yet, but I ordered some Milk & Egg Protein from Universal Nutrition and it should be here tomorrow so I'll update this then. I've becoming a big fan of old school supplements as of late and have believe this one will be just as satisfying.
