Losing the little pouch on the bottom?
So, besides time, diet, and exercise how can I get rid of this little fat deposit on my abdomen? Im solid everywhere but there. Is there a workout that i could be doing and I am not that can hit that more? cardio 3-4 days 30-45min walking 4.0 incline 12 heart rate at 133. diet is super low carb intake is setting around 1400 calories daily.

Good idea, I know that people all do these differently. I believe the "correct" movement would be legs extended and curling the back as you would for a crunch?
