Can HCG be purchased over the counter? and is it illegal since it is not a steroid?

I get hcg over the counter, in Australia........ Its prescription though.
I doubt you will be able to walk into a chemist and just get some though.

not to high jack the thread... but can somebody give a good link on HCG for female use.. when i search i get so much BS can't find good instructions on it.
