Not sure. Only thing i can think of is i changed my routine. I been working a push/pull routine which i never done before: M chest/shoulder/tri T back/bi W leg T chest/shoulder/tri F back/bi OFF OFF . I guess it was just too much. I might stick to the same routine but do rest pauses to help cut down on the repetitions.

Did you hit each muscle group twice a week on your old routine?

Tennis elbow is not nice but be greatful that it isn't golfer's elbow which is a lot more difficult to get rid of. See a sport's therapist and get ultra sound ...... accupuncture .... cortisone injections..... manipulation therapy .....combined with rest .... whatever works for you. Then at the gym work you legs mostly. It will take time but doing a lot of repetitive moves for your shoulders /chest /back uses your elbow joints even if you are not training arms directly!

I am taking 4 days off. Two workout days combined with the weekend. Then its back to the grind. Maybe next week i will just hit everything once a week and do R/P to lower reps.
