Carbing up like crazy today as well as high carbs and high sodium tomorrow bc im shooting my video of me shoulder barbell pressing 315 for 3 at 5pm tomorrow. My pro buddy said carb up the day before and day of, and day of do high sodium to help raise bloat as well bc we all know bloat helps strength. Im hoping for 4 reps bc last week I did 3 non video. Tomorrow is the big day, ill be posting it here as soon as I figure out how to video edit a song over top. lol
