Ok guys so since me and my girlfriend have been dating she has gained some weight and I have lost some weight. We decided to have a competition for new years, she is trying to lose 20lbs before I can gain 20lbs. I am claiming 193 as my starting weight because thats what I was the other day on an empty stomach. I was 205 in the evening a month ago but got really sick so I lost alot.
But anyways do you all think I can do it lol? I gotta make it to 213 or at least a solid 210 and I can drink 3lbs worth of water to help me win haha. No time limit on all this just whoever can do it first. Im counting on her to win because when she gets motivated she eats next to nothing but works out pretty hard but I still want to try to get as close to that goal as possible. I truly am a hardgainer though if any of you all remember my previous posts lol so idk.
I am eating 2 cups of oatmeal first thing in the morning with about 16-20 ounces of milk, then an hour later I have about 4 eggs and whatever else they have in the cafeteria then eating again about 2 hours later. Then I go back to the dorm and might eat some tuna if I didnt get enough protein in the cafeteria then go to the cafeteria one more time before I workout. Then after I normally have a weight gainer shake and then will eat after that.
I havent done good with all this the whole month of december so I am hoping now that I am back at school and getting back with it that I can put the weight back on pretty fast.
