Well, decided to write a blog for those of you dumb enough to read this smut. As some of you may know, this old bull has been tapped on the shoulder and asked to go to Afghanistan. And since I know none of you will read this krap, I'm writing this because I have a lot of time to kill.

I arrived in DC two hours late due to an older bloke (older than me even!) decided he wanted to be a fool and take all his meds on an empty stomach then jump on a plane. He then starts complaining to the crew he doesn't feel well. So we had to turn around and go back to vegas to drop his sorry behind off, and oh, almost forgot, also so he can get his luggage off from the plane, him and his family.

I'll be in DC for 4 days of briefing, then I'm off to Kabul, via Dubai.

But let me tell ya, being ex military, I figured that saying goodby wouldnt' be that tough. Sh1t! I had to turn my head so my daughter wouldn't see my tears! She ended up seeing em anyways, so oh well

whew! finally made dubai. 13 hour flight is a long trip and rough on the keister (whoops! gotta keep it real mild and rated G... don't want the thought police come knocking on my hotel door). Ok,,, my flight leaves tomorrow for afghanistan at noon.

I've been off test for a week now.... been three weeks since last injection.... maybe that's why I growled at the male flight attendant when he began arguing with me when i asked for more napkins and he said there were two, not one, when he handed it (them) to me?

it's funny.... I more or less slept during the 13 hour flight, arrived in dubai at 8pm ish, just in time for bed, slept some more but when i get here i can't sleep so i wander the halls and ended up talking to some afghani guards at i'm guessing 3am?
