Problem is she will probaablly win. When I live in Kansas and worked at a furniture store a woman fell over an unruly child and hit her knee on a coffee table breaking it. She sued the store because we failed to get the child under control or ask the parent with the child to leave. Here is the kicker...the kid was hers.
She won $2800.

how could she sue...wut would the damages be? she interviewed on the news and no mention of pain/injury....and her uncle tells her she's on youtube.....u cant even make out the face?...at one point she says..."i hope nobody saw i was embarassed" then cries "NOBODY came to my aid, ask are u ok"..
and who's more to blame...the journalist allowing them to tell there story or the lawyer that would defend someone that was clearly at fault and ask for who's responsible to apologize/etc. when his client is such person...
it happens in PA and the reporter interviewing her and the lawyer is in NY

Not sure why.. but i first saw this on TV, at the end of a show here called FYI they do the top 5 downloads.. so anything that is on youtube can end up on TV.. i remember of hearing of a case in Cali where a burglar fell through the sunroof of a house and broke his back and sued the owners of the house.. I think these people need to be round up and shot.

yeh....like if they lose in court they have to pay some type of restitution if granted that it indeed was frivolous and found so by the same jury that they are taking a chance that might give them an award.....and that money can go towards wouldnt it have to be the debt?
