Lookin for Help
Im a 44 yr old male that has been working out religiously 5 days a week for about 9 months. I am looking to gain mass in every form. For the past 6 months Ive been taking supplements from one of the major chains out there. I have plateaued using there products and I am wanting to start with some other form of stack/cycle. I need some guidance on what to take and possibly an outlet to get it from. Thanks for your help in advance.

as far as being plateaued after 9 months was it yeah your really not you need to switch things up
even tho theres no true way to avoid plateauing everyone hits what there age and what god has gave them
but it wont be for years
switch your routine up
if your doing barbell bench press switch to dumbbell
on your upper body days throw in some good old push ups after each set
try throwing in some negative movements
see i found having 3 different routines kicks ass after 4 months i switch to one of my others so my body dont get use to any one giving movement
if your running out of ideals or just dont know enough movements to make up 3 routines take a look inside well we cant post links
well all know the name of this sport bodybuilding dot com they have more then enough movements there with videos to show you how to do them right

plateaus at 9 months?
After 9 months, you're just getting started! Keep going mate! You might be overtraining too. Post up your routine in the exercise section.
