    ok well it was laundry day the other day and would you believe, no undies to wear!!so i decided to free ball it to the gym.you knwo what?i think i kinda like it.anyone else freeball it at the gym.see the things is, i'm training at a gym in NJ so there are no hotgirls to make me amped up.so absolutely no chance of rockin' any little partyboy in the gym.i think i'm allabout this now.just thought i would share my drug induced thoughts with you.

    i always use a jock for support...the last thing i want is my wang flopping around while doing cardio or peeking out if im doing exercises that like the leg curl. free balling always makes me chafe more anyway, so ill stick with the jock.

    Without my precious boxer briefs, my inner thighs would be red as a beet from the chafing. Ouch! I've recently had to step up to XL undies, just to contain my ever-expanding squat butt.

    And I don't want my genitals coming out for air while I'm lying on the bench press. Going commando may be okay for the guys whose units defy gravity, but some of us have to be more careful with our dangling bits.
