sample workout softwares or spreadsheets?

Hey guys I use to write up my own excel doc's a year ago but lost them recently. Although they were pretty solid I'm actually pretty lazy on the PC these days. Are there many free softwares or spread sheets that I can print out and just hole punch into a binder and be on my way?

I did do a quick search here and on google.. found some pretty sub far softwares nothing that I would consider buying etc.

Any advice is appreciated!
