i think it is around 1.30 euro here per liter.. i don't drive anymore though cause i live in the middle of the city and don't have to... but when i take the Beast out it gets very costly, as it only gets a few miles to the gallon with that 7.2 liter engine

If it werent for the stupid rules and regulations that strangle the oil exploration and recovery industry here in the states, we would have a limitless supply, of less expensive oil and gas. but radical environmentalists are running the show, so we all are paying a hefty price at least till we get a big enough voice to say enough is enough. IMO. What would China do to those environmentalists if they were over there? and if gas hits 5 bucks a gallon here in the states, thanks OPEC, then we are going to have another spiral of increases on everything yet again, and there goes layoffs yet again. Just a recipe for disaster wherever you may live or what country you may live in. I guess you can say welcome to Hardships R-US. Sell your car and buy a horse and buggy or camel. lol

What do you do Haz? But yea I get awful gas mileage along with driving a decent amount... so it adds up quite quickly. I work at a sporting goods store making minimum wage and lets just say about 90% of my check goes in my gas tank

Yeah whenever we think we have it bad here in the states all we have to do is look at what you all pay overseas per litre and realize it could be worse. At least when we get our gas over here they give us lube first.

Sure, but it takes you two hours to drive across your country. It can take me an hour to make it ten miles where I live. I know people who are in the car for 3 hours a days just driving to and from work.
