    Back in the gym tomorrow!

So long story short I've been miserably sick for the last 2 weeks. I caught a pretty bad cold which turned into a bacterial infection which then gave me a ear infection. Overall the last 14 days have been pretty shitty, and painful.

Starting eat right again today after my doctors visit, thank god. Honestly, without the gym I almost slip into depression haha. I just like putting that hour in everyday and feel so good after it.

Anyways feels great to be back and Im just venting here.

Anyone else ever go through something like this?

lol not like it but worse i broke my collar bone half way thru was laid up for almost a year healing then cracked again this time it took 6 months then i blew out my knee

for as long as iv been on this site iv got about 1.5- 2 years in the gym total

it kinda blows i just started back up last month 25lbs seems heavy to me now just normal curling i couldnt even handle going to the gym often the first day back i over did it and spent the better part of a week where i couldnt bend my arms down i think i went to the gym all of 5 times in a whole month

this month im forcing myself to go at least 2 times a week i plan to keep it slow and lite this time around cause i see i cant just jump right back into normal lifting

I feel your pain. I broke my clavicle back in 2009 and it was hell to get over. I started back to quick as well and ended up refracturing it close-grip benching. It was brutal.
