    Best workout log app!

    I always use to carry around a notebook and a pen to log my workouts and its a pain in the ass. I have the droid x with verizon and downloaded an app called jefit and it does nething and everything you can think of. Also its free! Check it out if you have a smartphone

    Does it work on a blackberry? I've been trying to find a decent free app. I can't seem to get past the whole paying for apps....

    I use it daily...works great!!!! You can share your routines on their website also. Instead of days I organize by muscle group and name each day a separate muscle group. Then I put in all my favorite exercises in for that muscle group and pick and chose which ones I want to do. It shows you what you did the last time and even has a timer that starts as soon as you save your set. Very awesome!

    Can't find it for iPhone either. Too bad, because I don't like any of the app's i've found so far. What I do right now is just use the 'notepad' app that comes with the iPhone. It's just like the old pen and pad (I used to carry it around too), but much neater!

    its got logs, every workout you can think off, your stats, a timer and so much more for free haha. Def get it.
