Thanks everyone!
It has taken me three months to gradually get my diet mostly in line and to start lifting heavy again, but my body has changed an incredible amount since December.
I have always done searches rather than posting questions, so I feel like literally everyone has helped me with TRT, HCG , diet, lifting, Clen , injections and cycles (even though I haven't done any).
I have been lifting since I was 16, but this time around I am getting back into it over the age of 40, starting with high bodyfat, low Test and a multi-year layoff from an one extruded and a couple of bulging disks.
My story may not be new to a few of you, but the THANK YOU is the main point of this post. To everyone.

Well done Johnny! BUT now is the most important time in your transformation. The 3 month mark is the critical point in your redevelopment. I have seen many, many people, over the years, reach this point successfully, only to go back to a level of fitness lower than when they started. What you have got to do now is to stick with it and make a lifetime commitment to "clean" living.
Yes enjoy a few beers but not every night. Have a pizza, but not too often, and try to stay away from processed, sugary foods. Eat as naturally as possible ...... it is better and tastier than all the processed SHITE. Do the HIIT training for your aerobics as you won't have to spend hour after mindless hour on aerobics. Find a training regimen that you enjoy and stick with it. Most importantly eat clean.
If you eat clean mostly, and weight train regularly this will allow you to party a few times without harm. This advise is only for the ordinary mortal and not for competitive bbers
