Mike Starr (Alice In Chains Bassist) - Found dead!!!
Sad sad news... this guy struggled with drug addiction forever, and finally succumbed to his sickness. We've now lost 2 AIC members to drug addiction.
I wasn't a HUGE grunge fan in general in the early 90's, but definitely appreciated the darker bands like Alice in Chains and Soundgarden as opposed to Pearl Jam, STP, etc.
RIP Mike Starr... you'll be missed but your mark on music has been left!

Why was he a tool... because he had a problem with addiction?
Heroin and they found a bunch of prescrip. stuff... big surprise
I don't think he was involved though... they were playing with Mike Inez, another bassist
