I am cutting right now, and once per week probably on a Sunday i think i will have a cheat meal as it will keep me sane. But i dont know how much little of a cheat meal to have....
What would your cheat meal be honestly? some may say everything in front of them, but im thinking maybe a Burger or Pizza or something like that with a can of coke once per week?
I cant decide, maybe i just shouldnt have a cheat meal ha
