Wow heart warming to see death knocking on the dogs door to bringing him back to life. I probably would have reacted the same as she did if my dog wasn't breathing.

I lol'd when the dog woke up, the trainer barked an order, and she tried to bodyslam sugar out of panic. Women are hopeless in crisis situations. Props to the trainer.

oh and I do that at least once a day, no big deal.

looks more like a boxer than a pit... awesome that they were able to bring him back.

maybe he had a seizure or something?

Yeh I was gonna say that she's definitely a boxer.

It wasn't a seizure though they suspected that initially but she was diagnosed with cardiomiopathy. Some kind of heart problem.
I also want to note this vid led to a discussion with my brother whos a paramedic and I told him I wanted to take a first aid class and what have you as now
I work with senior citizens and it would look nice to get certified.

I asked him first "how many times have you gave CPR to a person" and he said "likely a few hundred times".
Then I asked him "how many times did you save someone?" and he said "not once" lol.

Its crazy but he said the chances of it working are less than 1%. And he also said its his own personal belief that doing CPR on a drown victim is a complete waste of
time. His opinion was if you don't remove the water from their lungs first (which is very difficult to do on scene even if you turn them over) all CPR actually does
is push the water into their blood. And as long as the water doesn't come out first the heart won't pump anything has water can't be compressed. Was very interesting
but made sense, he's seen A LOT of crazy shit I could never do it. Like waking up at 4am in the morning to put on scuba gear just to find a dead body in a local lake
when its pitch black outside. How fvckn creepy would that be? Really takes a special type of person to save lives/find dead bodies lol.
