Need help finding a gym
Hi guy's, haven't posted here often and it's been a while since last time... anyway, I just moved to NYC (living in Astoria, Queens) and need to find a gym to go to. They have club fitness and stuff like that here, but I'm pretty sure I've read negative things about those gyms.
Anyone here who can give me some advice? It would be appreciated, if not... well then... I'll just dance

Awesome gym in my basement. There aren't windows, telephones or cell phone signal.....

Check all the local gyms out find the one that has the equipment that you need. I live in a college/military town so it was hard for me. I hate working out in busy gyms so I found a small one that isn't that busy.

If you talk to the kids around here, you dont even need to go to a gym, just take test and tri-tren and it does the work for you.
