I'll go first...
I'd pick a unicorn. I'd tame it and fly around on it's back. I'd visit the pyramids in Egypt and decide for myself if they were built by aliens. Then I'd go to Atlantis and figure out why it sank.
What would you do?
Dragons hands down..... If it didn't try to kill me i'd ride it and have it breath fire upon everyone I didn't like :)

unicorns have healing and life giving powers who can run faster then anything on land

Okay, drdeath- Mr. "unicorn expert". I'd just cross breed a unicorn and a pegasus so I could enjoy the best of both worlds. I'd have a Pegacorn. Or a Unisus.
