    You have got to be kidding me...I guess this would be for all those people who park in the fire route at the gym because they are to lazy to walk. That has always boggled my mind.

    be a man and take the steps! getting a good stretch by walking down stairs after an intense leg day would be better than the damn escalator...seriously though, 2 escalators out in front is ridiculous

    LOL. That is almost as good as my friends that go for like a day and say they don't like benching with me because you have to always move the plates to different weights when they work in. Humm, lifting weights at a gym who would ever do such a thing. Lazy ass people.

    does any one know if this gym really exists. This pic was sent to me by a friend as a joke. I don't know if it was maybe just clever cut and paste work.

    Would be nice though because normally after my leg workout it takes me 20 min to get to my car . Just wobbling all the way down the stairs as the free weifgts in most of the gyms in South Africa are upstairs.
