I noticed the other day that all the new people that signed up at the beginning of the year have stopped going. It is mostly serious guys now and there are no problems with equipment. Hell, we mostly communicate with finger points and head nods.

I try not to get mad at new people...they just don't know what they are doing yet. I try to be polite because I figure they are insecure enough without being embarrassed at the gym. I know how tough it is because I started lifting at 16 and was intimidated by everyone in the gym.

na, this is double machine hogging and sitting chatting on equipment etc, id honestly help new ppl out rather than get annoyed at them.
