    I did that years ago, I was working on a friends street race car and it had a 3800lb clutch in it which takes about 300lbs at the pedal to depress. It was all good till I went to the gym and while squating pinched a nerve in my back it was all I could do to drive that pig home.

    My old gym used to give out T-shirts to anybody that spewed at the squat rack. I have 3 T-shirts.

    I know when I have had a good leg day when I'm more worried going down stairs than up holding the hand rail in case they give out.
    I have not puked yet, close but not quite. It's also been to long since I have had a GOOD leg day.

    I only read... like 3 posts in this thread. The initial post and then 2 of Narks, kuz.. Well he is the only person on this forum i really care to read what is posted (I hearts my lil narkie'poo).. but even before i could FINISH SCANNING the rest of NARKS POSTS...

    ... i had an ESTEPHANY!!!!.. er... ETIFFANY!? ...epipany? well i had an E-Puppy.. and that E-Puppy was...

    IF a DUDE STARTED THIS THREAD.. it woulda died by post 8.. but a frikkn human w/ natural tata's starts this thread n' effin-A.. it goes a MIN of 3 pages.. if not 10 ><
