I am thinking about getting a bike. Haven't ridden in ten years. Vegas is a dangerous town for it though.

I've been thinking about getting into biking. A guy I work with is really big into down hill mountain biking and he showed me some pictures and videos. That shit looks insane!

Yup, it was 70 and sunny all last week. Had to bust out the winter coat for one more run this morning. It always like that here though. We had a week in feb that was mid 60's and then hit a new record snow the next. Its easy to get bikes with low miles here though since you can only ride 5-6 months out of the year.

I used to have a 1000rr and it was fun, but the GSXR750 I have now feels much more aggressive and I just love the way it rides much more than the Honda. I still miss all that power sometimes though, but I was out for a ride yesterday and accidentally hit 260km/h with my 750.. so I think it has enough power to get me in trouble.

not to toot my own horn but...

    beep beep!

I've been probably riding longer than all you rug rats, and in 16 days i get on the big bird, heading home for a little R&R, and my kid already has my battery ready to charge, all he has to do is hit a switch the day before.

That's why I said no to Triumph...not really a trustworthy bike. You should be ready to work on it....lol

Any and all bikes (sport) imo are fixable on your own. I do all my own mods, fixes.....easy to do nowadays.

i appreciate your input. i am an adrenaline junky so i know that i prob wouldn't last too long on a sport bike. you can ride almost all year down here, no snow!
