So I did legs tonight and at the end decided to do some abs....I never do abs but I decided to tonight. So I was really pumped up and I went and got on the machine where your feet are locked in and there is a big rolling pad under you legs/butt
Well I turned on a Ying Yang Twins song that makes you wanna dance and got on the machine. Instead of doing normal situps or anything, I leaned back and started going from side to side squeezing my abs and obliques as hard as I could every time I went to the side...It basically looked like I was dancing on it, I am sure I looked stupid to everyone who wasnt listening to "Say I Yi Yi" haha but I did this and stopped halfway through and then did it again. By the end of those 3 minutes my abs and everything were cramping up and felt amazing haha. Needless to say I had a great monthly ab workout lol
