Beating The Log Book
I have quite a few friends who have this theory, that if you are beating your previous lifts from the week before continously, then you are growing. Regardless if you're on a cutting, bulking, or recomp diet. Assuming form is still spot on, do you guys agree with this? In theory when person A has cut off 5lbs, and is "on", but his lifts still slowly increase. Would you think its a safe assumption to say that he is still growing? I guess this is sort of a strength/size coorelation debate. It's just something to think about. Let me hear your thoughts.
