Whats up guys just wondering what kind of protein everyone is currently using. At the moment I'm using optimum nutritions whey and casine. Was thinking of switching it up to maybe a gainer of some sort. What brand are you guys currently using?

Human-Grade. Bountiful quantity, sweet n salty, free, and can be produced anywhere at any time.

Been using Myofusion for PWO, and ON Casein before bed. Switching out the Myofusion for On Pro Complex as soon as I run out.

I take ON egg protein and mix it with dehydrated egg whites

DSM is an expert on this type of protein. He can give you simple ingesting instructions.

I use Optimum whey and casein. I've used lots of other brands and even a few custom mix sites, but just find myself always going back to ON. It's def my favorite brand of protein.
