    Hypothetical question

Since I'll probably get better answers here...

What would happen if an amateur cyclist did nothing but a test cycle? Im assuming a greater recovery rate, but given the nature and distances involved, would there be much mass gain?

Would there be any positive outcomes?

Oh, and stack it's a whore. Just so it fits in the lounge.

Are you wanting to gain mass from the cycling or from hitting the weight in the gym?

This whole Lance/EPO got me thinking is all. I started thinking about what would happen if a cyclist just did a straight test cycle, with no lifting. I'm sure he'd thin out a bit, assuming his diet was dialed in. Just wondering about the effect on the legs.

dont think legs are going to get massive, your not moving a heavy enough load, your doing a shit load of reps, IDK , is it something to do with fast and slow twitch muscle fibres ?

if anything i'd keep the test at a low dose 300-400mg a week, to avoid pumps, supplement with lots of taurine and keep your water intake up. I'll probably get shit for saying this but lots of endurance athletes swear by EQ

Yeah, I've heard the whole EQ story... I think it was KP who said he might lube his bike chain with it. lol... I was just wondering; I don't think I'd waste the test on such an experiment at this point.
