I don´t know much about pro BB, but even though those quads may be the biggest I´ve seen, aren´t they too big? Out of proportion?

Whats with going all through the crowd? Phil Heath did that very same thing on the 20th of May here in Kuwait. Must be a new trend, or part of the agreement for guest posing.

It gets people pumped up when the guest poser walks through the crowd, nothing new. Phil Heath was here a few months ago and was kissing grandmas and jumping up and standing on the arm rests of peoples chairs while the person was still sitting in it. Talk about having a crotch in your face lol!

I just watched Branch's most recent training video.....it was so ungodly boring, also im pretty sure that the owner of metroflex who was working out with branch is Danny Mcbrides long lost twin.
